Our customer service team is the heart of our company. We’re looking for friendly, organized individuals to handle customer calls, schedule service appointments, and provide outstanding support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Process service orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Provide information about services and pricing
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
